Order 2 heated vests when both vests arrived. I was only given one battery. The best were ordered in December and I still have not got my second battery in spite of numerous emails.All I get in response is a I generated responses. If I\nCould get them less than one star.I most certainly would.I wouldn't recommend this website or their products to my worst enemy. Absolutely, horrible customer service.

I ordered a supple leather Italian jacket in XL. It took over a week to arrive in the UK from China, and when I received it, turned out it was polyurethane leather and a Chinese size XL, which is a US size Small. Both of which are stated on the label in the jacket, yet no mention of this on the website. I contacted Royalelysian for a refund, but no reply. Had to claim a refund via my credit card, which took a couple of months to resolve.

Scam, don’t buy anything, you will never see any delivery or refund

Schöne Internetseite mit Produkten zu fairen Preisen. Der zu zahlende Betrag meiner Bestellung wurde sofort belastet, jedoch kam es innerhalb des angekündigten Zeitraums zu keinem Versand. Eine Kontaktaufnahme zu dem Unternehmen wurde automatisch mit immer der gleichlautenden Nachricht beantwortet, wonach der Betrieb gerade umzieht und man sich umgehend mit mir in Verbindung setzten würde. Das Unternehmen ist bis heute am umziehen... Über das Zahlungsinstitut war es zum Glück möglich die Rückzahlung zu erzwingen, was natürlich mit Aufwand verbunden ist. Unseriöse betrügerische Webseite, Finger weg!

They don’t deserve 1 star. I purchased some pickleball trainers which I wish to return. The shoes are cheap looking and don’t fit well but I paid over £50 for them. I just can’t get a reply. Emails just get an email back saying they are moving warehouses. No personal contact. I can’t find an address either. So I don’t recommend buying anything from them.
