Easy to order and received packaged well with no breakage. One star less because was not notified when shipped and it arrived at night for signing! Good thing we were home!!

Good product, Quick shipping but tracking could use some work. On my order it said delivery was on Feb.24 but on Feb.22 there was a paper on my door saying I had missed delivery. I had to call delivery company and arrange my own delivery.

The product was packaged extremely well, preventing damage. On the other hand, UPS took 6 days to get the product to the local holding site after attempting to deliver to my home when I was absent. I don't hold that against Royal Batch - UPS simply isn't a great service.
