We used Royal Airport Concierge for our arrival in Nice and it was worth every penny. Our greeter was highly professional and punctual, waiting for us right at the gate with a sign. Highly recommended.

Recommended! The arrival at Malpensa went smoothly. If you're traveling as a family with a bunch of kids, this service is honestly a must-have. Grazie!

Heathrow is basically a maze, especially when you've got a tight connection coming up. Really glad we booked the concierge because it honestly made the difference between making our flight or not. The guy helping us knew every shortcut and was super professional about it. Four stars only because the airport itself is still a nightmare, but the service actually saved us.

Hi Naibys. We know Heathrow can be quite a challenge, especially with a tight connection. We are so glad our team made the difference and ensured you caught your flight. Thank you for trusting us.
First time in Tokyo and I'll admit, Haneda was pretty overwhelming at first, it's just so massive. We decided to book the arrival service and it was honestly the best call we made. The staff was incredibly kind (as you'd expect in Japan) and helped us with everything: heavy luggage, finding the exact train platform, you name it. It felt like having a local friend guide us through the whole thing. From start to finish, it was really exceptional.

Hi Angel. Arriving in Tokyo for the first time is an incredible experience. We are thrilled that our team made you feel at ease, helping with the heavy luggage and the train platforms. We hope you had a wonderful time in Japan!
Recommend to anyone going to Europe I used their departure service at Rome FCO. With the new EES requirements the airport quite busy, luckily the greeter made a big difference. He was super professional and kept us moving through the checkpoints. Great service!

If you’re flying into Barcelona, I highly recommend this service. I’d been hearing about the new Entry/Exit System and wasn't sure what to expect but my greeter was amazing. He stayed with me at the kiosk and made sure everything went through perfectly. Great option if you want a fast and easy arrival!

Hi Luis, thank you for such a wonderful recommendation! Arriving in Barcelona should be all about enjoying the city, not worrying about airport procedures. The new EES system can definitely feel a bit confusing, so we are thrilled to hear our greeter was right by your side at the kiosk to ensure a seamless process. We look forward to welcoming you on your next trip!
Honestly, I was pretty stressed about landing at Schiphol and dealing with the new EES kiosks, but booking Royal Airport Concierge was the best decision ever. My greeter was such a lifesaver; she was waiting for me right as I got off the plane and walked me through the whole kiosk process. Plus, having help with my bags and getting me straight to my ride made the whole arrival to Amsterdam much easier.

Thank you so much for your kind words, Mariangel! We understand that the new EES kiosks at Schiphol can add a lot of uncertainty to an arrival, and we’re thrilled to hear your greeter made the process feel seamless for you. We look forward to being your travel guardians on your next journey through Amsterdam or any other airport.
What an easy experience. I usually try to wing it at airports, but honestly, CDG with my wife and 2 kids is a different beast. I booked Royal Airport Concierge for our connection and it was the best money I spent on the whole trip. Our guide met us right off the plane and navigated us through the terminal. Life changing experience
