Flaw in my original order but was corrected appropriately...good customer experience

The bracelets they offer are very fitting to risks of all sizes. My wrist are quite small so I have a difficult time wearing watches or thicker bracelets, but Rowdy Parrot has bracelets that look great and are comfortable to wear. be careful though, my bracelet snapped only after a month fastening it to my wrists. However, the owner was kind enough to replace my broken bracelet for free with the lifetime warranty they offer. Be careful to not overuse your bracelet and other silicone items they may offer, as they break with abuse. It took almost a month for my replacement to ship, so just know that if you ever get a replacement, it may take a while to receive, but I got two bracelets which was very awesome of them.

I really like the bracelet, but the head of the turtle sticks up too far and it catches on everything. Other than that it's a great piece.
