I spoke with Alex today in dealing with a messy transfer from another mortgage company that made errors on my account. Alex confirmed with me that I’m in good standing and what all the correspondence I keep getting means. He was polite, very very helpful, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to speak with. Wonderful service!! Very knowledgeable person and understanding of my questions!! Gave me a lot of time and did not feel like she was going to hang up any minute!!

Every month you send me a bill that says if I don't pay I am late. But I am signed up for autopay. So every month I call you to verify that I am on auto pay. Why do you keep saying I am late when I am on autopay? The bill looks likes it is due, and makes no mention of autopay. Other companies send a "bill", but it says right on it that you are already on autopay, this is just for your information. Also, it is a major hassle to call you to fix this. if you are going to have such a pain in the ass system, then at least make it easy for me to call someone.

Update your database. Copies of canceled checks for January and February and 1 online payment for December were sent to your cashier on March 10th. Your cashier signed for it on March 16th. I keep getting these annoying calls saying my payments are behind. I have sent what you requested. If this is not corrected you leave me no choice but to turn this matter over to my attorney.
