Avoid this compony at all cost .. I ordered a mask said 10 days delivery was a birthday present , took 3 weeks I’m trying to return it as I got another gift for my friend and all they say they awaiting address PLEASE PLEASE AVOID

Not even a 1 took 8 to 12 weeks to come after my first order I received a message on my mail to say this transaction did not go through so please re send . Like a fool I did then tried to inform them what had happened no response whatsoever I’ve now got 2 of these masks and can not get hold of anyone to send both of them back when realising that they are absolutely rubbish . As this was a present for someone with acne I am fuming . Can anyone help me as to where I can send these back for a refund. As seen on TV this is disgraceful

This is a scam company, I have this verified by ITV This Morning programme, they have never promoted this company or the face masks, it has been done with AI. I have been to my bank this morning and reported the scam and this company is now being investigated by the Fraud department. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Do not use - I waited over two months for this mask, and now they have cancelled the order, this was on tv on ‘this morning’ the reason I used this site. I still have no product or refund.

Not even 1 ⭐️ this so called company is FAKE!! I ordered the mask after seeing on This morning and I have still not received said item. I contacted This Morning and the whole advert was fake and never shown on their show! I have emailed requesting a refund this needs to be taken further it is not fair or acceptable, I’m a single mum and treated myself to this item at £48 I feel so annoyed at myself for falling for this scam!! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING OFF THIS SO CALLED COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES!!

Unfortunately I have also been scammed by this Company. Having seen the item on Good Morning TV I was confident the mask was legitimate and a safe bet. So disappointed I was drawn in. Felt it would be a safe purchase as it was endorsed by a reputable source on our TV screens. Doubt I will ever get my money back. Please be aware and don’t Trust the TV companies. They clearly did not carry out their due diligence and have no evidence of duty of care. Sad situation.

Do not under any circumstances consider buying from Rosabelle. They advertise that they provide a no questions asked 30 day money back guarantee, I can confirm this is not the case. Trading standards will be in touch with them. My request to receive a refund has not been approved and considering the mask has never worked I am at a loss as to why their finance team have refused me. I will have my bank start proceedings to retrieve my money. In summary do not buy from this website!!

Terrible and shocking company. Are they even real? I should have read the reviews before placing my order for the mask. I placed an order on 3rd Oct and changed my mind and emailed on 5th Oct, asking they cancel my order. On 6th Oct they replied advising, it had been dispatched and I couldn’t cancel. I pointed out that there should be a cooling off period and I will return for a refund. They said I couldn’t do that! I questioned if they were actually in the UK. I still don't have a tracking number or notification advising it has been dispatched! I’ve emailed a couple of times and still haven’t had a reply. I question if it has actually been dispatched. Also, will it even be safe to use when it arrives. I feel I have been conned. They’ve taken my money and can’t be bothered to communicate with me. Stay away from them.
