Armando wass very professional.
5 Star for Armando was very professional, kind and patient. He explained the process thoroughly, answered my questions in words I can understand. He also helped me out with improving and setting up my other Social media and explained the benefits. Great meeting, very effective, it will make my life easier and save lots of my time organizing, trying to create what to post and share, done and scheduled for me, Ican edit them as well. Worth the cost, thank you.

Super informative
Super informative. Not being a techy myself, I much appreciated Eynhar's patience as well as his knowledge. He answered every question, clear and concisely. Could not have been better. Being in sales myself for over 30 years I can recognize some one who goes above and beyond, and that was Eynhar!!! He should train all of your other Customer Service Reps!

Orientation
UPDATE: That was just the orientation, a lot of promises and that was the end of it. After 2 months of not being able to get a decent customer service, a lot of content issues, content errors, and my social media looking like a spam, I am giving this company not even a one star. DO NOT PAY THEM UPFRONT FOR THE YEAR! you will not even be able to dispute the charges with your bank. Roomvu does not deliver what they promise during the orientation. It is a waste of your money Arya's orientation was a pretty cool experience: he is patient, has great communication skills and friendly attitude. It was easy to understand content. Good job!

Disastrous Experience
Totally disappointed. Based on reviews, I subscribed to their platinum package after being assured that they will meet and exceed my expectations as a commercial real estate agent. After 6 months on their platform, they do not have a single commercial real estate ad. So I created my own video, and it took them a month to curate it - just added CC. Subsequently, I was told that they can only make ONE CUSTOM AD (Which I had created in the first place). Getting hold of anyone responsible who can help me has been my biggest challenge so far, and I am considering legal action as a last step if this continues.

Thank you for your feedback, Pervez. We're sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we respectfully disagree with several of the statements made in your review and would like to provide additional context. Roomvu does support commercial real estate professionals, and throughout your subscription, our team remained available to assist with platform setup, content strategy, and account support. The features and deliverables included in each subscription are outlined during the sales process and onboarding, including the scope of custom advertising services. Regarding custom ad, although it was not included in the service you paid for, the records indicate that your custom ad request was completed and delivered. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, our records show ongoing communication and assistance from multiple team members throughout your subscription period. We value all customer feedback and continuously work to improve our platform and services. We appreciate the opportunity to have worked with you and wish you success in your future business endeavors

Arya was a great hep!
Arya was a great help with explaining the AI option that is in Beta and setting up some AI avatars for me. My Internet connection was not great, but he handled it well. Excellent customer service. John GGMU!

John, thank you for this! Getting your AI avatars set up and walking through our Beta AI features despite a tricky connection, that is a session that delivered. The AI tools we are developing are some of the most exciting things happening at Roomvu right now, and we are glad you are already exploring them. We look forward to showing you more as they continue to evolve!
