Thank you for the kind words and the recommendation! A clean, well-maintained apartment in a good location with nice roommates is really the core of what we try to deliver, so it's great to hear all of that came together for you. We've worked hard to make Roomrs a strong fit for young professionals and students who want flexibility without the usual NYC housing headaches. Hope to have the chance to host you again in the future. Take care, The Roomrs Team

We’re sorry to hear that you felt dissatisfied with your experience. However, we strongly disagree with the characterization that Roomrs does not care about maintenance, hygiene, or resident concerns, as our team actively coordinates cleaning, maintenance, and support requests across a large number of shared apartments throughout New York City. That said, we understand that your experience did not align with your expectations, and we take feedback regarding cleanliness, communication, and maintenance responsiveness seriously. We would appreciate the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly and review any unresolved issues further. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. Best Regards, The Roomrs Team

We’re sorry to hear that you feel this negatively about your experience. However, we do want to respectfully object to the characterization that Roomrs “ignored” resident concerns or intentionally failed to respond to reported maintenance issues. Our team regularly coordinated maintenance vendors, building management, pest control, and support responses throughout the year, including for issues relating to appliances, pests, and common-area systems. At the same time, we understand that recurring building-related issues, especially involving pests, laundry equipment, cooling, or shared spaces, can be frustrating and disruptive to daily living. We also strongly disagree with the implication that Roomrs incentivizes dishonest reviews, as we do not offer compensation in exchange for fabricated positive feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your perspective and would still welcome the opportunity to discuss any unresolved concerns further at [email protected]. Take Care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words and the recommendation! Short-term leases are notoriously tough to find in NYC, and it's one of the gaps Roomrs was specifically built to fill, so it's great to hear the team and the apartment delivered on that. Comfortable, amenity-ready spaces with flexible terms is exactly what we aim for. Hope to have the opportunity to host you again down the line. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words! We know services like ours can come across as too good to be true at first glance, so it means a lot to hear the experience held up and that the apartment delivered. An easy-to-use platform is something we've put real effort into, and we're glad that came through. Really appreciate you taking a chance on us. Thanks, The Roomrs Team
