Hi Jyde Aderemi, sorry to hear you have been facing issues connecting to our platform. It seems you aren't aware UK ISP restrict HLS traffic, that is why your playlist didn't load properly, this is a problem with your ISP, not with our platform. We have a very informative KnowledgeBase article explaining what you should do for this specific situations so you can be up and running. Anyway, I have went ahead and refunded your subscription.

Hi Sean, there is a known problem with Irish ISP's that blocks HLS traffic and prevents you to use our service properly. This isn't a problem with our service but a problem with your ISP. The use of a VPN would have resolved your issue.
