Dear Legion, We appreciate you taking the time to leave us this great review! Best Regards, Rondevo Customer Support
Everything costs $$$$. I suspect a lot of the women get a commission. I got inundated with pictures and it costs to see them. One woman sent me a video of her and I nearly went bankrupt after I watched. You send I picture and it costs to send. I’m 60 and I had girls 20 messaging me. The site is a scam.

Dear Raymondo, Thank you for the feedback. I understand how you feel, however, you should realize that our company cannot afford to provide services on any other basis than the prepaid one, as we do our best to give high-quality service to all our customers and a high-level support in any cases you have. We have a lot of people taking care of the customers' issues, whatever they are. We are improving our platform to make it more convenient for you to communicate with the members. We have big plans to develop our project and our team tries to come up with the best new features to help you avoid any difficulties in communication with your penfriends. Please be kindly informed that our website is an online-international communication platform where our member’s satisfaction is our primary focus. We review every complaint individually and always strive to resolve any problem in a satisfactory way. From our end, we do not tolerate such violations as the scam or deception. Also, we do not pay the validated members for communication with other members, and prohibit our Regional Partners to do so. If we find out that the member is paid by the Partner for communication on his/her behalf, we fine the Partner and immediately delete the member’s profile. It is not possible to prohibit the members to write to you. We give all the members an opportunity to initially reach the person they are interested in. However, from your side you can use the Search option at the top of the list of the members, registered with us. By clicking the “Filters” button, you can sort members by age. Feel free to contact our customer service department if you have any inquiries at all via [email protected]. We will be happy to help you! With kindest regards, Rondevo Customer Support
I downloaded Rondevo and started to create an account. THEN I felt an urge to google this site. AND I looked at the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU -- bbb DOT org. After this, I could not back out of Rondevo fast enough. Complaints about unauthorized credit card use ?? Allegations of fraudulent conduct ?? I want NO part of this outfit.

Another feature that highlights our position among other platforms is that we constantly scan our system algorithms and networks for security measures and liability, also we are using Cloudflare systems which guarantee data transfer security and generates a strong defense against breach attempts. Please feel free to reach out to our [email protected] email with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance. These people should never have been allowed to build a website. Stay clear. They wouldn't deactivate my profile without my signing a statement that I would not give them any bad reviews (that should be a clue) on line--I did not sign. The whole thing is fake anyway. My feeling is that the messages one gets from "women" are AI generated, and are not even from actual humans. It's such a let down.

Dear Marv, Thanks for sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear your experience didn’t match your expectations. At this point, we would like to let you know that we would like the opportunity to investigate your feedback further. Could you please contact us at [email protected]? We’ll work with you to help you on the matter you reported as quickly as possible. First and foremost, please note that you have completely misunderstood our deactivation process: you are free to express any opinion and it does not affect your request at all. Please note that our trusted users’ profiles are confirmed by verifying their ID and background. Firstly, in order to register, every trusted user takes a short video of herself holding her ID, stating the current date, and confirming her consent for the registration out loud. Secondly, we verify if the information provided in the registration video corresponds to her profile info. Our moderators check if it is the same person — both at the video and at the profile picture. Thus, we can assure the person you are talking to is the person you see in the profile. Our affiliate partners make sure that there are no bogus profiles, that the user you look at in the profile pictures is the user you are corresponding with (such profiles have the label "Trusted User"). Please feel free to reach out to our [email protected] email with any further comments, concerns, or suggestions you wish to share. We would love to make things right if you give us another chance. Best regards, Rondevo Support Team
This site is a money grab and all the women here are scammers, they will not meet. You will never get honest information here, once you buy their contact information they still will not leave the site. Huge SCAM
