I hope I've already communicated that I could not ask for a "Personal Manager" better than Hayden. He LISTENS, and then responds in every way he can.

Daniel was polite and helpful; sadly, the resolution could not be reached in a way that allows me to continue using the site.

Hi Kevin, Daniel will be glad to know his effort was appreciated, and we're sorry the outcome didn't allow you to continue. Please reach out to [email protected] and our team will do their best to find a path forward for you. Warmly, Nina from Rondevo
This platform uses "credits" to pay for chat time, open photos, videos and voice messages. All the women on the site appear eager to correspond and for you to open their pictures etc. At 5000 credits (cost in excess of ,£1,000) the.site will release contact details of the woman. However at this point she disappears on the pretext that she has problems with her e mail, although she is keen to continue corresponding on Rondevo (at considerable cost of course). My advise is not to get involved with this company. It is most likely a scam and the "women" don't exist as such. If they are genuine then they are likely on some form of commission.

Hi Derek, Credits are designed to keep the platform safe and well-supported, you only engage with what you choose. We have a strict policy against fraud and deception and take proactive measures to enforce the terms of our platform. A lot of profiles on our platform are verified according to our Terms of Service. The pattern you're describing is exactly the kind of behavior our team investigates thoroughly. Please reach out to [email protected] with the details about the specific profile so our team can look into it directly. Warmly, Nina from Rondevo
