Thank you for your kind words about our products! We’re always happy to assist you whenever you need.
Paid $50 for a kids kit. We started putting it together and realized it was missing a piece. Store wouldn’t honor the damaged kit 3 days later even with a receipt. They said they can’t replace it because it was already opened. How else would I find out it was missing if not for starting the project?! Waste of money and horrible customer service.

Echt heel erg slecht!

I love the quality of the pieces, how they fit together, and the quality of the instructions. I'm looking forward to my 3rd kit (it's in the mail) and can't wait to get started. I've done 2 book books so far and I love how they look when they're finished.

Your satisfaction warms our hearts! Thank you for sharing your good experience with others.
I gave up after a month of trying to complete the magic emporium set. This is literally like assembling Ikea furniture on a miniature scale. The pieces rarely fit together, the supplied glue is useless, the intricacies of the whole thing is frustrating. Having to hold tiny pieces together waiting for the glue to dry is horrendous and impractical.

We’re so sorry this set left you frustrated after a month of effort. We understand how discouraging poorly fitting pieces, weak glue, and tiny parts can be. We’ll reach out to help make this right for you.

Your feedback is very important to us! Thank you for supporting our small but hardworking team.
I have accidentally ordered a different type of Nook Book. I opened the box and realised it was an arts and crafts one with lots of cutting and sticking tiny bits. I wanted one of the wooden ones. I closed the box and contacted Nook Book Uk. They were happy to exchange. Until I told them I had opened the box and realised it was the incorrect type. I will NOT be ordering from this company again. Wjat dreadful Customer service.
