I’m so done with this bank. I didn’t voluntarily become a customer; my beloved local bank was sucked into this regional company. I’ve put up with their idiotic policies for years: daily limit on transfers out of $1k, daily spending limit on my debit card that won’t cover a trip to the veterinarian (eventually I had to beg and apply for an increase) and unexpected declines of debit card for possible fraud—ok you could argue that these are all intended to limit theft and fraud and ultimately protect me, the customer. But now they’ve flagged a check I deposited (from a large semi-national bank) as possible fraud and while we await its clearing, they’ve locked me out of my online account access. Because, it’s about protecting me they say. Although if the check bounced, they could just charge me the punitive fee and move on. No, it’s really about THEM. As the bank manager explained when I went in person to complain, while the check was pending, I could be writing big checks to myself and cashing them, so the bank would be out the money by the time the check failed to clear. Except, ok I can STILL do that right now, I just can’t check my balance online. Because a “pending” deposit does not contribute to the “available funds” balance, I would not be able to use online access to transfer the full amount of the check out of my account. No, despite being a customer of over a decade, despite a credit score of 758 (it would be higher, but I literally have NO outstanding loans or credit card balances) they’ve decided that I am the probable money-laundering fraudster. The funny thing is if they did some basic googling, they would discover they’ve lost what could’ve been some really lucrative business from me and my family and extended family.

We put in an application for a HELOC loan on March 23,2026, all paperwork given that day. two weeks later at 5pm on a Friday.. problem with title,, need to get documents to clear..that following Monday I got documents bank requested.. Need an Appraisal.. Guy was a day late, did appraisal on Tuesday April 14,2026 week later,, Appraiser texts question regarding Solar panels( bank already was given that information) we should have closing date..instead another hoop..saying we need to get permits for downstairs area, that was done by the previous owners, we purchased this home with the downstairs completed, Since purching the house on December 31,2019 we have invested over 200k in home improvements which all our contractors got proper permits.. I almost feel like discrimination is somehow an issue.. Worst communication between the person who took our application, underwriters, & appraiser! We have excellent credit, great income & job for 40 years.. Not sure why this has taken so long. We are Done jumping through hoops for this bank!! The worst experience EVER!!

Rockland Federal Credit Union is a heartless, inflexible business. I would not recommend working with them in any capacity. I am highly disappointed by the way I was treated on the phone today by one of their employees. As a non-profit founder in the area for 10 years, I expected more from a locally focused company. I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as I can.

Absolutely horrible bank. I opened two accounts with them and deposited money into them, which is what you do with a new account. They then froze my accounts and disabled them, and no one can tell me why, where my money is, or when I will be able to access it. I am out thousands, and customer service is zero help. Do not open any accounts with this institution.

Yeah opened an account here . Bad idea . Will be closing it on Monday .

Totally unprofessional. Couldn’t even get help on their 800 hotline. Had to call back because the managers were all busy. What a joke I’m canceling. I wish enterprise was still here.

I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise Bank for over 30 yrs, they were sold to Rockland Trust and in just 1 month I know I do not like this bank. You can not call a department and speak to who you want to speak with, customer support tries to resolve all issues and will not transfer you to the proper department. they also do not solve the issue at hand. I do not like this bank!!!!

This is probably the worst possible bank on the planet. They have two massive problems that they need to resolve. 1. They put on money transfer transactions on hold each time even for a $1 transfer. 2. While performing any banking activity they need a one time code which can't be texted to the phone. For some stupid reason, the bank wants to call you and waste 3 minutes listening to automated system to fetch the code. The call takes several minutes and if you have unknown numbers silenced on phone then good luck you can't get the one time code. I think this bank should change their name from 'RockLand Trust' to drop the Trust word. They have no trust on their own customer and with their horrible services, their customers can't have any trust on them. It just tops my list of horrible institutions that I have ever encountered in my life. Stay away from this bank if you want peace and convenient banking in your life.
