We used Robust Web designs for our website and I wish we could go back in time knowing what we know now. We have been trying to reach them for over 5 Weeks about our Website that we worked with them to create. at this time our website is not working and appears to have been "hacked" Stay aware from these guys.

You will work with one person that promises you the moon then a few months later your website stops working and they wont fix it until you pay $$$. Then wait about a year and guess what, it doesn't work again and it will cost you! If you pay for lifetime hosting that does't mean that you will have use of their shared server, even if you have a very small and limited website they will want you to pay for a dedicated server. I was told that I didn't pay for lifetime hosting then 10 days later I was told that I did but I would still need to pay for a dedicated server. I should have ran the first time my website stopped working. Lesson learned.

Robust Web Designs' e-commerce solutions were disappointing. Despite promises of seamless online shopping experiences, the platform lacked user-friendliness and customization options. Checkout processes were clunky, and integration with payment gateways was problematic. Overall, a frustrating experience for both customers and businesses.
