Beware of reoccurring charges on credit card. Haven’t used service in over two years and charged my account. When I called they said I missed their 7 day window to cancel. Poor customer service service. Will never use their service again.

Decent trip planner but when my credit card was canceled for fraud, I didn't think I needed to cancel my auto renew with roadtrippers. To my surprise, they scanned the internet for another credit card and charged me a renewal that I didn't want. When I canceled through my bank, they threatened me with breach if contract. Not good public relations IMO.

I recently heard positive reviews about this app until I used it during our trip to West Glacier. While it successfully guided us to the town, getting to the RV park was a different story. It led us to a road when our 5th wheel was damaged due to incorrect directions. I also added the size and scale of our 5th wheel to the app. However, I advise you to use this app with caution and consider using another app like RV Life as a backup before relying solely on it.

really difficult to cancel subscription. the program is hard to use and not helpful. difficult to customize trips it just wants to tell you what to do where to go. and then DO NOT forget typical auto charge, which I did. used program for about one hour when i signed up, couldn’t get it to work well, never touched again and just got charged 56$ again- why can’t subscriptions just be honest and charge you once and i you want it again you will renew - or email reminder that they are going to charge so you can CHOOSE to keep or cancel. Ok, rant over.

Really difficult to cancel the subscription. They let you keep paying, despite not even using the app. Don't get a subscription here!!!! It's not worth your money.

They purposely make printing the itinerary difficult so that you'll continue to use the app and pay money. Unfortunately this is a decent app with a terrible creator/owner who only cares about money.

Deceptive, shady billing practices, no warning you’ve been placed on an automatically updating plan, no warning before they bill. I thought all these kinds of terrible merchants had abandoned these practices by now, apparently not.

OH YES how enjoyable camping has been over the past six days thanks to Roadtrippers. This is a super place to search for camping experiences. Many are like the best established campgrounds back home in the beautiful Pocono Mountains in the great state of Pennsylvania. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED (without hesitation).  Thanks for looking !!
