This company is trash got my device installed May the 11th 2023 first month got locked out of my vehicle because they never sent me a schedule after me calling numerous times to get the schedule so come May the 11th 2024 got extended till June the 26th 2024 no fault of mine was because of them so I accepted it cuz I said what is one more month come June go do my final download send it in took it 3 months to get back to me that oh I have to renew my license because they expired weren't revoked suspended just expired and after I did that got extended 120 more days so the 120 what's up January 19th of 2025 go in to do the final download and everything get a response in 3 days stating that I was being extended till September of 2025 because my license was out of date from January the 6th till September the 11th so yeah please don't use this company they are trash just no good go with the different company or you will be paying for 2 years and a half whenever the court ordered you for one year

Whatever you do….do not go with this company. Every 30 days they want you to recalibrate your machine. It’s not once a month like other companies. So this starts moving up your dates to recalibrate. And if you are proactive and go before your date like me. It starts the clock from that date. So moves it up the recalibrate date even more. Essentially this company will get an extra 2 payments out of you. Plus you wonder why the better business bureau doesn’t want anything to do with this company. It’s one of the worse managed and they basically rip you off. Go with anyone else other than this company

All over the Internet they say they have 24 seven customer service help and they don't. false advertising. I would not recommend this company because if you're in lockout and it's not within their business hours, you are stuck. Again, they are not open 24/7 that is a lie on the Internet. If I had known that they didn't have 24 hours Support, I would have gone with a different provider. Please go find a different provider. This is no good.

I had the road guard device installed on December 9 and I have had to pay over $200 to get codes because it locks me out for no reason. Or it says it will lock in four days or whenever. My calibration isn’t until January 9 every time I get locked out or have to get it reset because of a lockout coming up it cost me over $50 at the installers. Customer service is horrible. I sent them a message over a week ago and they said they would get back to me within 3 to 5 days. Have heard nothing. I have done nothing to violate and be locked out. When I call, most of the time, I get no answer or they can only give me a code. If no one remedies this problem, I am going to go with a different company and will let my attorney know NEVER to recommend Road Guard to any of his clients.

I am 70 years old. In this age of robot answering machines and poorly engineered online service menu options it was DELIGHTFUL to work with an "old world" service minded human being who exuded professionalism, care and actually assisted me in completing a task that I have been struggling with since may. Cudoes to you and bravo to her. On a scale of 1 to 10 she is an 11 and a first round draft pick in this former football coach's book.

I have had my device close to a year now in New Hampshire and it is absolutely miserable. I have proof of two hearings where it was found that the device malfunctions and I haven’t consumed alcohol. Needless to say it costs every time there is a violation. Also pay close attention to what you are charged. The customer service will just tell you what you want to hear and nothing ever gets done. I have been charged multiple times 50 dollars extra because it’s late. The device won’t tell you when it’s actually due …. It will make you late on purpose saying 7 days till service. Then the tech will say no that’s until lockout, then you get there at the Portsmouth liquor store where the tech meets to do the service and it’s an extra 50 dollars. Also watch out for any card you pay with. My tech keeps card numbers. The last time I had a service he tried charging my wife’s card after he charged mine !!!!! So sketchy. I have talked to our state representative already and I have started to look into legal actions.

My tech in Harrisonburg is amazing. Not his fault the internet was down for my appt Friday. But they are so understaffed nearest facility is 2.5 hrs away with a tech today. I’m locked out. Can’t even get through to RoadGuard for an unlock. No other car to drive. Need meds!
