I was offered a first month discount for $39.99 verses the full $149 per month weight loss treatment. But I was charged the entire $149 and emailed with no response. I use RO for several things, this makes me question of i will continue using RO for anything.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Ro’s weight loss program. One of my biggest frustrations is how quickly they start pushing you to refill your medication. I had only been on a new medication/dose for about a week when I was already being prompted to refill. That doesn’t feel like enough time to know how well the medication is working or to properly discuss concerns. I also don’t feel like my concerns about my slow weight loss have really been heard or addressed. The program is expensive, especially considering the level of support I feel I’ve received. I’ve also gotten emails advertising lower prices, but those lower prices don’t seem to be reflected in what I’m actually being charged or offered. I wanted this program to feel more personalized and focused on my progress, but instead I’ve felt pressured to keep refilling and paying. For the cost of the membership and medication, I expected better communication, clearer pricing, and more attention to my individual experience.

The process was pretty quick and had the shipment within 2 days of initial contact. Very internet centric...no telehealth video or call. However, I think their pricing is deceiving...when I signed up for the Zepbound Kwik Pen, I was charged $39 and I thought this was the introductory price for the pen...oh Heck No...this was just the "monthly membership" you have to have to get the prescription. After my prescription was approved, I was charged another $299 for the medicine...which I was fine with, but the $39 was not credited and the $39 turns into $149 next month!!! So, if I continue "their plan" my monthly bill will be $448 per month. PURE CASH GRAB...GO TO LILLY DIRECT AND ONLY PAY THE $299 PER MONTH PEOPLE!! That is what they do not want you to know. The only thing you get for the "membership" is a Doctor that approves every patient in my best guess. Hoping the Zep works and I will switch to LillyDirect.com. Good Luck in your journeys!!

I don’t like the way the pricing is fooled. It said it was $39 and then 149. Meanwhile I’m paying more than that.

Hi Carmen! I sorry for the confusion with our pricing. There are 2 separate payments: 1. Ro Body Program (Access to licensed providers, RN coaches and ongoing care) 2. Medication fee (these fees vary depending on the medication and your preferred payment method - cash pay or through insurance). When getting started on the Ro Body membership, you’ll pay a one-time $39 fee. This covers your health assessment to see if you’re clinically eligible for treatment. You won’t be charged again unless you're approved for treatment and a prescription is sent to the pharmacy. After you’re approved for treatment, you will pay the $149/mo Ro Body membership fee. At first I was charged $39 for being a first time customer then 2days later I was charged $149 and i still haven’t received the medication. I’m still unable to login with the 4 digit code that was sent 4 times because it says it’s invalid. This is getting off to a bad start and if I don’t get the medication within the next few days I will cancel. When I send a message I have not received a response yet!

Your advertisement is $39 and then $149 per month I thought it was paying $149 a month but now I'm paying $299 to me I think that's false advertisement I'll pay $149 a month but 299 a month that's way over my budget ain't no way I can afford that I took ro because I thought it was be the perfect thing but what can you do to get me down to at least 180 a month I can do 180 a month but I just can't do 300 thank you
