delivery was fine, customer service is poor, received an email with an order number that did not even list the company contact information,e.g. phone number or address, did not receive an invoice, called and left message to obtain an invoice, did not receive a phone call or email from this company

The rollator arrived in good condition, all assembled. It feels very sturdy. The seat is 23” tall and handles are adjustable. It looks like a modern racing model! 🤣
