The staff were very responsive and gave concise / clear answers on what we can / cannot put on the labels. Additionally, other members of the onboarding team made it possible to quickly get the instructions and efficiently upload it to the lab side for quick review.

The staff was very communicative and helpful, providing me with the advice I needed prior to sending in my samples. Once I was ready and sent my samples in, the turn around time was quick and accurate as estimated, and the results were clear and understandable.
