Hi Jeff. Thank you for your wonderful feedback! We're thrilled to hear that the staff at our Ontario branch know you by name and treat you and your small business like royalty. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we're grateful for your support.
Unlike almost every customer oriented institution out there, Rize has kept the practice of being able to quickly and easily talk to a knowledgeable and real human. The chatbots are great but sometimes things are a bit to nuanced for them. Also what is extremely urgent to me doesn't register until an operator talks to you to give you that warm fuzzy.
