Order not representative of the picture. I had to send the piece back for replacement. Although, the seller and the manufacturer were very attentive to get a replacement. The replacement came with additional cost.

Good Afternoon Brenda & Sarah, Hi Sarah, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience, I truly appreciate your honesty and your patience throughout the process. I’m really sorry that the original item didn’t match the photo and that you had to go through the inconvenience of sending it back. That’s never the experience we want for you. I’m grateful that you gave us the chance to make it right, and I’m glad our team and the manufacturer were able to support you quickly. I also hear you on the additional cost for the replacement, your feedback is important, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to ensure situations like this are handled more smoothly in the future. Thank you again for your understanding and for allowing us to fix things. We appreciate you more than you know. Please do revisit us for other mobility and wellbeing investments. I’m sure we can give you a token of our gratitude 🙏 Warmly, Shweta Rivete Advanced Recovery & Mobility
