Time in Bangkok is great; but I don't like time in Chiangmai, bc the hotel is not too good. Plus the foods

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your kind words and look forward to traveling with you again soon. Ritz Tours
China Discovery tour was not what I expected. It exceeded my expectations. Our national guide Jean was very attentive and knowledgeable. Joe (our local guide in Xi’an) was also great. Jean travelled with us to Beijing, Xi’an and Shanghai. All the hotels were nice and clean. The Dynasty And Actobatic shows were good too. Hotel breakfast had a good variety, were tasty and hot. One thing that can improve is the food (lunch & Dinner). Although it was not bad it would have been nice to eat the food while it was hot. The meals we ate out in restaurants were warm. Overall a memorable trip. Would recommend.

Hi Chrisy, Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your continued business and look forward to working with you again. Ritz Tours
It was a well arranged and performed tour. I would have given 5 stars but in the last section of the tour in Shanghai, the hotel change was not appropriate and Ritz Tour should not have allowed the hotel to make that decision to shift us to a different hotel that was not yet fully functional.

The trip to Japan was okay, not thing special, the foods were not the best, I notice many other guesses didn't eat it or tried and couldn't eat it. I had left some forgot items in the Kyoto Hotel and was informed that I had to pay a fees of $55 for shipping, with the amount we paid for the trip it was not I had expected, over all it was a very disappointed trip. Dear Phuong Kiet Quick, We are surprised to hear that you found the tour to Japan "nothing special" as it's one of our clients' highest rated tours, and a personal favorite from the team here at Ritz. We understand that Japanese cuisine may not be for everyone; however we consider trying new cuisines and experiencing the local culture to be one of the greatest joys in travel. While it may not be your cup of tea, at least you can say you've tried it. With regards to your forgotten property, I'm sorry to say that it does cost quite a bit to ship items from Japan to the US. You may want to consider contacting your insurance to see if they can help with this. We hope that losing your property (something we've all done while traveling) did not put a damper on your overall trip and hope you will have a more positive experience if and when you choose to travel with us again.
