RITZFAIRReviews of ritzfair.com

These guys are awesome I’m very happy with the service and attention I received and very meticulous attention to detail which is expected when it comes to luxury bags

Love my purchase. Got a really good consignment offer too. Turned my own bags into cash to fund a new purchase. Thanks

Wow. Amazing customer service. They answered all my questions about the Hermes. It was my first big purchase over and first Kelly. They were very patient and helpful. I'm so happy with my bag. Thanks.

I shopped around for a very limited edition LV bag and no one had it at the price I was comfortable with. Ritzfair had it and they have a lot of special edition bags, unlike many other sites that sell older vintage stuff. Will shop again. Thank you.

I sold a few bags to Ritzfair. They responded with offers quickly, and provided me free shipping labels to send in my bags. They received my bags, inspected them, and issued me a payment. 5-stars!

Hi I purchased a Gorgeous Brand new Fendi bag from Andrey great customer service. He went beyond the call of duty and shipped thru FedEx to arrive on Sunday so he can make sure I received it. I will be purchasing from him in the near future... Thank you

Absolutely fantastic! I had such a great experience. Andrey was super communicative, honest and fair pricing! I bought a new YSL bag from then, it is the most perfect condition. I feel so lucky to have found this business!

Great repeat customer experience. This company is very professional.
