Great customer support. Had issues with shipping and Ritfit gave me instructions on how work and was timely on getting replacements sent out for missing packages.

The service has been great! I couldn’t ask for any better assistance. They were patient with me while trying to find old parts for an older rack that got lost in my military move. They provided the necessary parts and went above and beyond. I recently bought a training bar as well that came in great condition and looks great too. Will buy more equipment from this company!

Was delivered in a few days. Have not assembled yet.

I received the bench today and was easy to put together. Sturdy and makes a difference in workout with adjustability. Great product!!!

Missing items out of box we don't have half of the pieces

I ordered several items from RitFit and so far there have not been any issues. I am still waiting for some of the pieces to come in, but as of now, things have been wonderful and fast!
