Received product on time and exactly what I ordered.

The color I wanted was out of stock but I didn't find out until after I placed my order. So rather than cancelling my order I ordered something else. What I received was a good quality band at a fair price. But it's not the same quality as Samsung watch bands. And the edge that attaches to the smart watch is square, not rounded to conform to the watch.

Getting it here was longer than l’m used to and your sizing is off. It is longer than I expected. I like it though.

I ordered 2 bands about 3 weeks ago. Good initial contact with customer service as one of the bands I wanted was out of stock so I gave another option. I was told they would ship the next day. Now, after multiple emails they are not responding and I've been charged twice for the same order, watches still haven't shipped it just says confirmed on order tracking and they are not replying. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
