Ordered over a week ago still no word on shipping.

At the beginning of January, I ordered some straps. At first I didn't get a confirmation email, so I contacted Ritche 4 days later to see if everything was ok. I got that confirmed, but they were busy and that's why I hadn't got it. On January 11, the money was withdrawn and on the 20th I wrote again, as I haven't heard anything, but got an email to rate my experience here. The same day I wrote to Ritche again but haven't heard anything since!

I ordered a leather vintage khaki band but what i received does not look like the one in your site's pictures. It is much darker in color and looks more like brown than khaki
