Where is the watch band i ordered 2 weeks ago?

No communication and very slow shipping. It's been almost two weeks and finally got a response on shipping status and it hasn't even shipped yet

I placed my order and it hasn’t shipped yet. It’s been like 2 weeks. Nobody is emailing me back. What is going on??
