Rishi is a global, organic and Direct Trade company known for high-quality teas, botanicals and award-winning in-house blends. Since 1997, our founder Joshua Kaiser has built and fostered relationships with farmers in far-away places: some tending ancient tea trees in lush, biodiverse forests; others cultivating organic fields with rich, living soils; and still others overseeing fragrant groves nurtured by coastal terroir. The intent was to responsibly harvest dynamically rich plants and ingredients, as well as capture ancient herbal wisdom, infuse it with modern culinary sensibilities and share it with the western world in hopes to ensure rich tea traditions flourish for generations to come. Today, Rishi continues that quest as selector, importer and maker of over 200 artisanal teas that feature only the finest ingredients from around the globe. Available online and everywhere from upscale hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants to specialty coffee shops, each cup is like an escape from the fast-moving modern world, an opportunity to ground yourself in the here and now.

Truly the most amazing teas out there. I tried Rishi's English Breakfast at a cafe I go to and cannot imagine drinking anything other than Rishi from now on. It's so much more flavorful, smooth and fragrant. So happy they sell it online. Their Rose Melange is also fabulous.

I’ve been buying from Rishi Teas for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier. Shipping is always fast and reliable, their packaging is top-notch—super secure and visually impressive—and the taste of their products is consistently excellent. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality and care in every order!

I went to Rishi tea & botanical to order ONE tea product. An ad for a $40 tea collection with glass mug popped up. I was not interested. But when I went to the cart there it was, with the one tea I ordered. I could not remove it from the cart and it went through and charged my card without giving me a chance to amend the order. I tried replying to the order confirmation and it would not go through. I figured I'd just return the unwanted $40 item. But no. They said they take NOTHING BACK, even if unopened. I'm disgusted. I would have left 0 stars if possible!

Hi Ruth! We are terribly sorry that your experience missed the mark. As tea is a consumable product, we regretfully do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or unopened items. Our Customer Service Team has reached out directly to help, we are grateful for your patience and hope the resolution is satisfactory.
It's kind of expensive but worth every penny. Their ruby oolong is one of my favorite teas and I don't know where else to find it. Their guava herbal tea was also phenomenal. You can find better prices for some of the more common teas and matchas for similar quality, but a lot of their teas are unique to them.
