Terrible Company with terrible games. I hope the company will go bancrupt. They are unable to fix their bugs in the game and ranked systems. Support is super unfriendly.

man wird trotz full mute und hoher elo für 7 tage gebannt obwohl 2 von deinem team 0/20 gehen premades sind und die sich absprechen. Dann erkennt das system das man selber den fehler gemacht hat und bekommt nen bann. Dann schreibt man den support das es ein fehler ist und bekommt nur KI antworten und direkt closed akte ..... Einfach nur abgefuckt von einem Millionen Konzern. Ich empfehle das spiel nicht mehr

I am disappointed with Riot Games' customer support. I purchased a VALORANT account in April 2025, knowing now that account trading violates their rules. I used it for 18 months and spent approximately €600 on additional purchases. After losing access, I provided extensive evidence to Riot Support. Instead of recovering the account, Riot permanently banned it, rejected further appeals, and closed my ticket. I understand their policies, but I expected more transparent communication and clear information about possible refunds. Very disappointing experience.

Love playing their game. And i recently had my account hacked, but after a smooth recovery proces i regained access to my account. Thank you so much for having that kind of service. I will guard my account much better now.

Trash company

nothing worth company is many msurfs on agme and thay doing nothing trash but to you give you ban because youy say than smurfs is trash
