I've never had a better experience anywhere else when it comes to packages arriving with the contents staying safe and unharmed regardless of how destroyed the box looks, especially during the holiday season. Thankful that there's one place where I can find the majority of anime and manga titles at a price that doesn't make me cry.

I have been a customer at Right Stuf for years now and happily continue to use them. Between their excellent prices and sales, diligent shipping practices, and selection of particular products, I've not much reason to shop elsewhere. Expectations and understanding should always be kept in check but problems are few and far between.

I have been a customer for many, many years. Rightstuf has pretty much everything that is available - at great prices if you are a Got Anime member. I typically opt for free shipping, but even then the delivery times are quite acceptable to me (I can typically wait a bit for an order). When there have been problems (for example, a defective disc), customer service has always been helpful and courteous.

Having ordered from them a lot recently, I really enjoy the competitive pricing, and payment options that Right Stuf Anime provide. Also, even when I had a random issue of a missing disc, they were very prompt on sending a replacement. Highly recommend.

I used to think this was an excellent site but their customer service is absolutely awful. I had packages arrive with dents and crushed boxes. They assume that simply because they add a liner around their items in the box, it is invincible. Then, when I contacted customer service about them, they told me the damage doesn’t meet their standards to be considered damaged. They even had the nerve to tell me that “their items ship from their warehouse in the best condition possible”. The shipping box was totally fine but the item looked like it was thrown out a window. Last, their free shipping limit eventually went from $50 to $75, and their Sezzle limit also changed from $100 to $150. Some people may not care about these but they seriously affect me. Also, when you buy a figure from their website (which are usually expensive in the first place), they add a “surcharge” on it and prohibit you from using coupons on them. The surcharge on a figure that weighs less than 1 pound and is about as big as a funko pop costs $13. I’ve shipped packages before and I know for a fact it doesn’t cost that much for shipping. Basically all the most expensive items never allow coupons to be used. Edit: after reading their reply, I can absolutely assure you my item looks like it was thrown out a window. They will lie directly to me even though I have the item in hand. Also, a Nendoroid figure barely spans 6” long. They also weigh roughly a pound. I have shipped a packages over 12” before that weigh 1 pound using USPS. Shipping label still costs $8 at most. However, even if you spend more than $250 worth of different items, they will still charge you shipping. In fact, it actually gets more expensive.

Kevin, We only ship the best of the best that we receive from our publishers. Minor nicks on manga are part of the binding process and we have a blog post that describes and has images as to why publishers can't control all imperfections. But I can assure you nothing left this facility looking like it was thrown from a window. The financial changes are direct result of the challenges that have hit every eCommerce company in the world this year. There were multiple surcharges added by the shipping carriers and rather than increase the price of our products we opted to increase the shipping threshold. However, we did research prior to making this decision and the majority of our customer spend significantly more than $75 per order. Perhaps you should review a topic called Dimensional Weight. This is how the "surcharge" on the figures actually works and the term "surcharge" here is actually our shipping cost for the figure, our system just calls it a "surcharge". However, a 1 pound figure with a single dimension over 12" forces a package to be "Dim Weighted". Dimensional weight isn't on just the figure, but the outer box the figure will ship in. We are always trying to provide better shipping options, but 2020 has not made that easy or affordable. We wish you all the best!
Paid a premium for delivery to arrive in 5-6 days. I know delivery isn't all their fault. Their website leaves a harsh, no refund don't bother me customer service message. I should have not paid for shipping or bought from a Walmart or Best Buy. The higher price would have saved more on shipping that wasn't priority here. I wont repeat from Right Stuff Anime.

Hi Rodney, You placed your order on 11/29/2020 and we shipped it 11/30/2020. We are not certain what more we could have done to improve your experience. We certainly wish we had control over the carriers, but sadly we do not. As for the harsh messaging, we aren't certain what you are referring to as we post facts or state policy on our website. We wish you all the best, but our level of service was very high with regards to shipping your order.
Never shopping here again supposedly my package was left at the door of my apartment, but my brother said he never heard a knock......Recently I got a package from Play-Asia, and was left at the door completely fine.. idk what happened but this is ridiculous. Edit: after waiting weeks and changing shipping they managed to replace my order...fedex is trash btw give people more shipping options.

Hello Eto MT, This time of year there are more porch pirates than any other time of the year. Additionally, carriers don't always knock even if it is an apartment building. Sadly this is at the driver's discretion. We have a claims process we are more than willing to help you with, but sadly preventing packages from being boosted from your stoop is not within our realm of control. Please reach out to customer care if you would like to file a claim and be well.
