I have sent too many emails about a policy I paid on Dec 2 2025 where's my policy!!!!!

Well everything was fine until this month I was not able to upload the app, cant pay my bill, cant contact the company seems was if they disappeared and failed to inform clients

It appears as though loop has quietly just quit. Their website won't load. The app won't allow you to log in. Social media accounts are full of customers begging for help with no response from staff. Emails are not responded to. I don't know if it's a technical issue but I'm unable to pay my bill. They did not have a phone number so it appears the company has gone under though I can find nothing online stating so.
