Ride EquiSafeReviews of rideequisafe.com

My representative was the most knowledgeable person I have worked with to obtain an inflatable safety vest. She was very helpful in identifying the best options for my riding style and body type from the very plentiful selection available. It was a great experience overall and I am thrilled with the vest I purchased.

My family and I were traveling and stopped in at your store, although you were closed…I was invited in and talked to the manager about your vest which she had a great knowledge and helped me. After returning home I called and ordered the vest. Thank y’all for making this happen…

Dear Readers, My experience with Ride EquiSafe was exceptional. The owner, Catherine Winter, is professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and thoughtful. She returned my call promptly and spoke with me about all her products and the pros and cons of each as it relates to what I do with the horses. She stayed on the phone with me and patiently and expertly answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. After my discussion with her, I was confident in my decision to go with the RaceSafe ProVent and, with her help, was measured accurately and received my vest quickly. I love my vest and now wear it every single time I ride. Without Catherine, I would not have been able to make an informed decision. This is an excellent company that aims to outfit each rider appropriately. Highly recommend! With thanks, Jocelyn Martin

Great service. Look like wonderful products. Haven't given to my daughter yet, since for Christmas. Will use Michelle again. Knows her stuff. Melissa Hoffmann

Excellent service and personal fitting for my new cross country vest! Catherine is full of good advice and patience. She is professional, friendly, and very helpful. She helped me with decisions regarding my helmets, body protector, and air vest. With limited supplies due to inventory shortages and supply chain shortages, she knows how to guide you through the process of finding exactly what you need! Highly recommend. Thank you, Ride EquiSafe!

They came to my barn and had a bunch of different brands of vest. I was able to try on all the brands and fine the one that was most comfortable and fit me best.

Catherine is very nice however.... If you are not 100% sure that the product will work for you, would highly recommend not buying. Spent $800 on a vest.... Used it twice and did not realize that when the Air canister deploys (accidentally during dismount which apparently happens to a lot of people), it makes a very loud sound. I have a very spooky horse. Of course, if I actually had been thrown, I probably wouldn't care how loud it discharges.... Better to have a loud noise and protection than not. But just know that this Air canister sounds like a firecracker so if you accidentally dismount without unhooking and your horse is spooky, hopefully you will be off the horse by the time it actually discharges. To her credit, Catherine offered to give me a discount on another vest which is great customer service. I understand she cannot take this vest back since I have worn it. While I am unhappy about spending so much money, this is my own fault for not doing more research.

Loved the videos comparing various air vests and the online chat to answer specific questions that I had. Highly recommend this company!!
