Great staff- very patient, taught us proper fit, made sure we understood all the different features, helped us make a safe and educated choice, took their time, we didn’t feel rushed. I’m confident that we made a good choice and we know how to use our equipment. Very pleased with the whole experience.

I ordered xs and got a s size. I had already gotten a small before and had do return them because they were too big

Hi Daniela, you originally purchased a small in person at our WEF booth, and you then decided to exchange for an XS, which was shipped to you as we were out of stock at WEF. The XS was delivered 4 days after you requested the exchange, therefore we're not sure why this quick service is deserving of a 2-star review?
The Ride EquiSafe team provided knowledgeable assistance as I selected a new air vest and safety stirrups. My previous air vest (also purchased from EquiSafe) served me well for years, so when it was time to replace it, I once again trusted Ride EquiSafe and they did not disappoint.
