Received my order very quickly, only draw back was the customs charge that I had to pay, which was a bit frustrating given the relative minor cost of the product.

I recieved well. It works well without any problems.

Very poor experience. I paid $30 in shipping with DHL. USPS was not an option on the site. Because they shipped it as commercial, I had to pay another $60 in customs fee’s when it arrived at my house. The main part of my order was missing from the package. I called and they shipped another one out right away, but they shipped that one by USPS which took an extended time to arrive. They did not reply to any of my emails. Very poor communication. The products are amazing. The customer service is poor.
