Good but not great... yet.
I’ve been going to Rick Case since I purchased my first vehicle. It’s been 7 years. Since I purchased my car, this dealership is the only one I’ve ever taken my car to get serviced. Since then, Rick Case is known to be the best. Year over year, I’m sad to say I’ve seen an unfortunate decline in the service. I’ve filled out tons of surveys for both sales and service inquiries but not much has changed. This was the first time I spoke with Wade, the customer service manager, and I felt safe that he was going to do everything in his power to get things on track. I also worked with Roberto who was new to Rick Case. And he did pretty well. We had some miscommunications during my service, but I was glad he called to ensure everything was well and made sure my car was running smooth. He was also very concerned with my brakes and reiterated I needed that to be filled. He was very punctual. Can’t wait to work with him again
