Deceptive marketing. Read the fine print. Ribbon doesn't step in to buy the home with cash if the closing date is delayed due to financing like MULTIPLE sales reps has personally told me and countless others. Will be letting everyone know about my experiece.

Brooke is AMAZING! Not only did she work closely with me to make sure that I fully understood how to win contracts with Ribbon. But she also took the time to connect with the listing agent who had never heard of Ribbon before. Brooke was able to advocate for our position and got us under contract by explaining all of the ways that our Ribbon offer would help the seller. Our Charlotte, NC team works with many buyers in very tough situations we will 100% be utilizing Brooke and Ribbon in the majority of our offers moving forward. Ribbon is a valued tool in my tool belt to help my buyers win multiple offer situations. Sara Al Ibraham, my Ribbon advisor, is available during odd hours and by some chance if she is not, someone else steps in and fills the gap.
