Rhythmic Yoga AcademyReviews of rhythmicyoga.academy

Perfect for beginners who want to learn about the yoga practice. I really enjoyed attending the class. Thank you!

Doni is a great teacher, she really understands my needs and requirements and works around that.

I would say Rhythmic Yoga Academy is the best yoga school I ever found. The teacher Mr.Amaresh is so experienced and very well knowledgable. Period. I was once convinced by my church members saying Yoga should not be practiced and it is a way that they secretly convert you into Hinduism. But since I met Amaresh online, and the explanation he gave about yoga and how it can be practiced, I was so clear and started to practice again. What he told is that there are many ways one can get to the enlightenment stage in life. By practicing yoga, you can reach enlightenment. And there are two different styles you can maintain to reach the final goal. 1. Follow yoga by chanting mantras, reciting hindu mantras and stuff to progress well in spirituality with the help of Yoga. 2. Just chant your god's name again and again for at least 2 hours a day along with yoga practice to progress on your spiritual path. (This style suites everyone from every religion to practice Yoga). I am so glad that I found Rhythmic Yoga Academy and I actually see positive changes in my life. I will remain practicing yoga & spirituality under my guru's (Amaresh's) guidance. I feel blissful all the time! Thank you for giving me an opportunity to write a review!

I cutted one star out as we don't always do skipping.very mean but I like the yoga teacher the days we do it and and the times it is really nice.

I really like this yoga class as they make their best to keep us kids to get entertained and have love in yoga. We learn new asana's which are really tricky and fun. My experience through this class is the best.. eventhough we are doing this online, they are making learning fun and really enjoyable. :)

It’s the best place when it comes to yoga the best trainers who motivates you and wants you to do more and improve.

When you are bored or lost confidence, hope for a while there is no solution but the best option is to do yoga and boost yourself. In my own way I have experienced it. I am very grateful for my yoga instructors Miss Donisha and Mr Amaresh for being great inspirational gurus. I myself benifited a lot through yoga. Yoga is my favourite. I learned lots of new facts after following the yoga course conducted by rhythmic yoga academy. I find myself blessed for getting to know the RYA academy and to become a student of it.

I felt a major change in my face. I understood my face more and how it’s connected to my body. The explanation and demonstration were perfect. If only we had more than 30 mins the session would be more effective. Overall I’m very satisfied!
