Even after they approve it (which doesn't happen immediately), they simply block the account. It is impossible to get in touch with the casino through any channel; the chat features only a bot, and they do not reply to emails.

I made a deposit of 52$ and after some bets I won 85$ in total then I submitted documents for kyc .. Then they inactivated my account for no reason their customer care is not even responding. I think this casino is a scam please guys stay away and don't deposit in this platform...
