Simply stated, REVO America does not support their products. I have a hard wired, nine (9) camera system in my home and REVO America does not support the new Apple OS Golden Gate 27.0. I can no longer monitor my cameras remotely from my computer. Shame on you Revo!

I bought your 4-camera system because my brother-in-law has had one for 6 years, and it shows a better picture than mine, plus it's wireless. I got it all hooked up, and it's working great. I did have to buy (4) 20 ft extension cables because the 3-ft cable that came with the plug didn't reach the wall plugs. I'm not using it with my phone yet, just monitoring from the TV screen. It has great night vision, much better than my old system did. I called the help line and asked some questions and they were very kind and helpful. I love my new security system.

I have been buying from Revo America for over ten Years. My oldest NVR was ten years old and going strong until the power adapter died. I decided to buy a newer model and the improvements are amazing. Even the new cameras have better video quality at night. I will always recommend to other people to buy Revo America products. The ordering process online was excellent and the customer service has always been great. I do recommend you use these products.

i have had system for a long time and it works fine. only ordered remote control to replace one that stopped working and can not get the new one to work came with no instructions or codes

Just got my 6 camera system up and running. Had to go and buy a 50' length of cat 6 cable, as one of the supplied 100' cat 5 cables was non-functional, and I didn't want to wait for a replacement, and also didn't need the additional 50' of cable in my attic. So far, the rest of system seems pretty solid, and I'm happy so far.

REVO Shipping Dept. I have not received my order to date. I can see where the order was made and that it was shipped to my address but, I have not received the system w/8 extra cameras. I don't see the shipper info either... UPS, FEDX, USPS ?? My bank account has been debited for the $739.12 cost and I'm getting nervous that I've been scammed. I have used Revo Camera since the mid 2000's, and have had multiple systems, all with amazing quality. The couple of times I have had to utilize tech support is always so helpful in fixing my issues, very patient and kind (because when I needed them it is usually user error). Will continue to recommend and use their products

Cameras work but doesn’t record what good is it to upgrade to 2t and not able to record looking for a different system I think I will go with Lorex in the spring I have a Lorex in the office and works great! At least it’s a lesson u get what u pay for..
