Our story begins in 2012 when our team owned a medical cannabis dispensary offering a variety of cannabis products. Daily customers would ask if we carried any CBD products, and sadly, we had to say no. Though we searched for quality CBD to provide our customers, we could not find one product that met our standards. Realizing this was an industry in need of regulation we decided to create our own CBD product. This is the moment Revivid was born. The Agricultural Act of 2014 federally legalized industrial hemp opening a door for us to create our own vertically integrated CBD supply chain. This way we could control every part of our growing and refining process to deliver the finest CBD on the market.In 2017 the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) announced a new policy on industrial hemp stating, “In accordance with §35-61-108(2) C.R.S., the use of all parts of the industrial hemp plant is allowed as a food ingredient in Colorado”. This policy is one of the most progressive in the nation by applying current Good Manufacturing Practices to industrial hemp processing. I ordered a roll-on product from them on June 12, 2025 and they acknowledged receipt by email. I also have notice that my credit card was charged as well on 6/13/2025. I have tried emailing and calling, and have received no response. This is copied from that email: "Revivid LLC Order No. 358626498 6/12/2025" They have $29.99 of my money and I have no product. This is outrageous.

I placed two separate orders with revivid, one on 5/12 and one on 5/19. I did receive reply that they did get both of those orders. However, I have yet to receive any information regarding shipment of my orders. I did send them 5 different messages regarding their failure to communicate with me. Today is June 7th, no orders or communication, and I have been charged $60.00 with no products received. Do not order from this company. They are incompetent.

I placed my order beginning of Feb 2024 - only communication I got was an email saying my order was placed and they took my money ! No communication since then , no tracking , no order ! I have submitted requests more than once - and have nothing ! Plus phone number listed on Company site - is incorrect ! Terrible service and company for me being first time ( last time ) user !

I placed my order a week ago. So far all i have heard is that the order was received and they will send a tracking number. Not even a tracking # after one week. There are many other providers who can deliver within days. Revivid cannot even provide a tracking # within days let alone the product. VERY disappointed.
