Don't buy this..
Paid for a server that I can't use. I couldn't use it because a dependency was outdated and once I ask for them to either update it or give me access to a up-to-date one they refused and told me to buy a VPS server which is 15$ more. So for a server (month) and then be expected to pay even more to actually use it. Once I am done speaking to them in a discord support ticket they mute me for a week probably so I couldn't scare of their other victims.

This plan is not a VPS and does not include full root-level control or custom node-level dependency changes. The issue you reported was related to a MariaDB/dependency version requirement, which cannot be changed individually on a shared node without affecting other customers. Our team did not refuse to help you. We explained that if you require a fully custom software environment, a VPS is the correct service because it gives you full control over dependencies and versions. That was a technical recommendation, not an attempt to force you to spend more. We also offered you a refund multiple times, even though the amount was small. You declined the refund and replied, “you can keep it.” The ticket record also shows that the ticket was closed through the ticket system after the refund was offered. We understand that the shared game panel plan did not meet your specific dependency requirement, but the claim that we refused support or forced you to pay more is not accurate. We provided the available options, offered a refund, and remained willing to resolve the matter.
