Not As Advertised
i ordered the mezzotint carpet. It comes in 1 colorway and as pictured on the website it is predominantly terracotta with green, "Color palette: sandstone, ash brown gray, tan, terracotta, bone beige, walnut brown, khaki green". I received a taupe carpet and it was labeled taupe. Taupe is not even in the description on the site. They tried to tell me it was a lighting issue. I call BS. its not as advertised. Then it It takes days to get a hold of someone, you have to battle your way through a ton of AI agents and insist on speaking to a person before you actually get to one. and you have to insist on a full refund and waiving restocking fees for the bait and switch.
