Revivalist Homes is a locally owned and operated real estate investment company. We buy, renovate, sell, and lease residential properties throughout Kentucky. We offer a simple solution for homeowners and landlords looking to sell their house, multi-family property, or land by making a fair “as-is” cash offer to buy their home. Our passion is twofold – we enjoy helping sellers with their real estate needs by providing creative solutions and we love reviving dilapidated properties by transforming them into beautiful homes that families can enjoy for generations. We specialize in providing win-win solutions to help property owners get out of sticky situations. We often deal with situations like foreclosure, tax problems, burdensome/ugly properties, inherited properties, bad tenants, or anything else (we’ve seen it all). No matter the condition of your property, the situation, or challenge you’re facing, we are here to help.

Josh was amazing. The whole process was exceptional. It all took place without stress. Josh made us feel at ease and walked us through the whole process. He was very honest with what he could and could not do. We felt very good about choosing to do business with Josh.

Super professional. From the moment I reached out to Josh and his team they put my mind at ease about selling my house for cash instead of selling the traditional way. I was able to walk away from my home that I no longer needed with a sizeable amount of cash in my pocket. Thanks again for the amazing cash offer on my house, you really helped me and my family out!

AJ, thank you for your business. It was a pleasure helping you sell your home. I’m glad we could get a deal done and you were satisfied.
Josh and his team are top notch. We owned a rental property in the Bowling Green area and we wanted to sell because we live out of state. They gave us a good offer and we were able to close quickly. We didn't have to make any repairs and they even let the tenant stay in the property because his lease was not up. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend!
