Worst dedicated host experience.
Recently moved my solo server to a Texas dedicated machine from revival (they supply services from GSK). $130 per month. Ryzen 3600 and 64gb ram. The reviews were all good so I was shocked when my experience was so bad. Constant multiple daily disconnects, lag, and no refunds. You have been warned. My server died to 0 population because of it and I had to move back to my old host (host havoc) where the population is starting to now return so I tossed $130 down the drain. This is the first negative review I have written in my life, if you value your rust server, avoid using these guys because they don't stand behind the service they sell. This is not a settings issue on my end, all the customers who have servers from them had the same problem (spoke to people in the rust admin discord). Maybe the servers outside of Texas are better, I wouldn't know because I can't change locations. You will be left high and dry if you have problems.

Searle, A few things on this review we would like to address, as we believe they are completely false. You state : "avoid using these guys because they don't stand behind the service they sell". This is a completely false statement, as even you know we spent time personally in calls checking things on your server after they started having issues. You also state : "You will be left high and dry if you have problems". This is also completely false, as once again, we spent time directly in calls with you looking into issues, and were always available through support tickets on our website, or through our discord support. To address the disconnections, there was an issue with the Datacenter's upstream provider, which was causing network instability. However, while these issues are annoying, and have since been resolved, they were small blips in the network, and service would return to normal within minutes. Now, regarding the refund statement, it was explicitly stated to you before purchase that there is zero refunds on Dedicated Server purchases, however we offered you the ability to pass your subscription to another individual, with the resulting payment going to you. Not many providers would do something like this, and we felt it was a fair middle ground with you. We are sorry that your experience was less than exceptional, and can confirm that the disconnects and such have been fixed.
