Always good feelings about the process, almost instant replies to questions. My person, for most of the contact, was "Milly," and she knows what she is doing and guided me through the lengthy process. The people I met with personally were knowledgeable and friendly. My only criticism is the amount of paperwork! Seemed repetitious, and the number of pages, mind numbing. Glad to finish it, and it seems to be the right thing for me at my stage of life and circumstances.

At my age it was somewhat daunting to begin this process. However my dear son in law found this agent easy to work with and though very long in the making it was quite an amazing experience. Never having to leave home, through phone and computer contact it was possible to complete this. May Zipp was delightful to work with, patient and always "upbeat", felt like a friend after awhile. The notary (s) sent to the house were fine representatives, easy to invite in, very professional. I would recommend this company.

I had some special circumstances that I needed to obtain funds quickly for and I truly found some compassionate angels...one being Bruce Hancock...and his assistant Terry....they worked diligently to get my reverse mortgage completed within 30 days....everything went smoothly and quickly ....a little hiccup with the appraiser but we don't get to pick the appraiser so this was no fault of RMF...beyond excellent service!

RMF personnel handled the application and processing very well. This in spite of the fact that my rep had the unhappy circumstance to have an auto accident and was somewhat injured (the other party hit him). They were very good about keeping me informed about what had to be done and helping to get it done. Overall, I would recommend RMF to those who are looking to go the reverse mortgage route.
