My experience with an HECM: I got an HECM from RMF in 2016 – before I was really sure about how much an HECM could help me. Since then I have tried to learn more about HECM’s and how best to use them. The more I learn, the happier I am that I got an HECM. I’ve come to see it as an extremely valuable part of my retirement. It should allow me to always have a comfortable lifestyle, and it will help me deal with unforeseen expenses. Having an HECM provides me with real peace-of-mind. The crushing worry I had about running out of money is gone. My experience with Jim Stanko: Jim Stanko is really good. He answered so many questions I had. As best I can see, he is kind, intelligent, and wants to help. Anyone who gets to deal with Jim Stanko is very fortunate. He is not just a salesman – he really cares. I used to be a salesman working on commission, so I'm a pretty good judge of other salespeople. If you are concerned about your financial future, the best suggestion I have for you is to contact Jim Stanko. My experience with RMF: I considered several companies as a source for an HECM. I was quite surprised at the different things I was told by different companies. RMF really stood out. RMF seemed to be on my side. Of course they are in business to make a profit, but RMF was flexible enough to provide me with an HECM that suited my particular situation.

Gary Upchurch was outstanding in explaining everything to me about getting a Reverse Mortgage from RMF. At first I was skeptical about what it involved and the closing costs and afraid I would somehow lose my home.Gary walked me through every step and assured me I would not lose my home and after discussing the steps with him, he convinced me this was the right step to take.This was one of the best things I have done.I am very satisfied this Gary Upchurch's help throughout the Reverse Mortgage Funding process.
