Reverse Mortgage FundingReviews of reversefunding.com

Had a great experience with RMF. Always kept me in the loop and answered my many questions. Not only were they professional but they did it with a down to earth attitude. Hats off to Robert and Jason who lead me through this process. Many thanks.

Choosing to work with Paul Ladell of RMF was one of the best things we decided to do. He explained each step of the process to my Mother, who is 90 years old, ensuring she understood exactly what a reverse mortgage is and how it will impact her life and well being. We would recommend Mr. Ladell and RMF to anyone seeking a business relationship with integrity. Thank you again Paul! Bill Harris

We can’t say enough about our experience with Jim Stanko and RMF. It was our financial planner who pointed out the benefits of a reverse mortgage when we were purchasing a new home in the retirement stage of life. Having the option of not making monthly principal and interest payments meant we could withdraw less money from our IRA, which improved our long-term financial picture and increased the likelihood of leaving a greater inheritance to our kids – while still owning our home! Our financial planner then referred us to Jim. During our first meeting, we were immediately impressed with his ability to explain complicated terminology in a way that was understandable to us. We also admired his listening skills and how well he clarified the options as they pertained to our circumstances. During each step of the process, from applying for the reverse mortgage through closing on our new property, Jim was readily available. The day we closed on our new home, the bank contacted him with a last minute need for information from us. Jim facilitated that process and made it possible to finalize the closing on time. We couldn’t have been in better hands! Steve & Holly Suhi Temecula, CA

The staff were very helpful, especially Steve, who very thoughtfully talked me through a process and helped me make the right decisions. I knew nothing about reverse mortgages when I started, but now I can confidently say that at least I know enough to be going on with.

had one on one instead of on the phone. our agent geri wenstrom was very informative and returned my calls promptly

Very professional, explained everything fully. Highly recommend!

I was educated and supported throughout the process, even receiving text messages on the updates as we moved forward. Very professional and informative staff - much appreciated!

I don’t normally give excellent ratings, but RMF, and in particular Tom Hammond and his staff, did in fact provide excellent service in helping us with our loan. From the beginning, Tom was very professional and yet very friendly. He answered all of our questions and made sure we understood how the reverse mortgage worked and gave us good estimates of how much we would need for closing based on the different houses we were looking at. Tom worked very close with us and kept us well informed throughout the process. He was also very knowledgeable and had a great attitude regardless of what was happening that might appear to slow or delay the process. He remained focused and calm, no matter what happened. I would certainly recommend RMF and Tom Hammond to anyone considering a reverse mortgage. Bob Stutts
