Larry, who was the lead on the program, was great in explaining what all was in involved up front in the process. He also did a great job in explaining why and the meaning of all the steps in terms that I could clearly understand.

Everyone that we dealt with was always available to answer any questions we had. I have 20 years experience in mortgage industry but nothing regarding reverse mortgage, so I had numerous questions and they were all answered, even when signing closing docs.
