These guys wasted a year and a half of my time! I had to have 3 appraisals, all of which were good! They lied to me as to the closing date. We had a delay of a day or two in getting the right insurance and got it in on time. But it was ignored and they moved the closing date up 5 days and told me it was too late!

Dave Marsh was fantastic all through the entire process. The first appraisal came back low so with his input decided to hold off until we remodeled some and then conducted another appraise. The subsequent appraisal came in higher and rather than having to come to close with money we received money and were able to opt for a fixed rate. The entire process took months and Dave was patient, informative and always available - We couldn’t speak more highly of him

Getting a mortgage from them is fast and easy HOWEVER God help you if you have a fire or other disaster. They take the money from the insurance company and trying to get it back from them to pay the contractors is a nightmare. They continually say they couldn't get hold of you and cancel inspections that would allow the release of the insurance money. I gave them my phone number, which is on 24 hours a day, over a dozen times and they still claim the inspector couldn't get hold of me. It has now been 8 months and they still haven't released all of the insurance money. If you email them, you will never hear back from them and calling them requires at least an hour holding on the phone to speak to people who obviously don't care. At one point their inspector was being hospitalized for Covid and yet they didn't know it and just left us hanging waiting for a call from the inspector until I managed to find contact information for the inspection company they were using. Great way for them to earn a lot of interest on money that doesn't belong to them. A mortgage company should go out of its way to assist the homeowner when there is a crisis, but not this one. My advice, don't get your mortgage with this company.

Phil Miller is an attorney and very knowledgeable. He knows the process from A to Z. He coordinated everything and all went smoothly. We were satisfied and enjoyed working with him.
