Dear Joshua, we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication you experienced after making payment. We are actively looking into this matter to ensure it is addressed promptly and to prevent future occurrences. We have reached out to you directly to discuss your experience in more detail and to make things right. At Revero, our standard process after payment involves completing labs, reviewing results with a provider, and then beginning the coaching process—we regret that this did not occur somehow in your case. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope to connect with you soon on the matter.

Hi John, Revero values your feedback and would like to clarify concerns. In 2017, Dr. Shawn Baker, MD, faced a legal dispute with a hospital over his promotion of lifestyle interventions instead of profitable surgeries. The state medical board offered him a choice: a costly legal battle or voluntary license surrender with an independent evaluation. He chose the evaluation, which confirmed his competence to practice medicine, and his license was reinstated in 2019. Dr. Baker now serves as Revero’s co-founder and Chief Medical Officer, advocating lifestyle interventions to improve metabolic health. He does not treat Revero patients given his role but regularly hosts community meetings that members enjoy. Revero’s evidence-based protocols support metabolic and autoimmune health through personalized nutrition with a highly trained team of healthcare providers and coaches. Revero prioritizes transparency, and your feedback helps us clarify our mission. Thank you for sharing your thoughts.
